  1. My workplace forced me to sit through sensitivity training, where the definition of sexism was listed as by a man against a woman. Sexual harassment was similarly defined as being by a man and against a woman. It was specifically stated that he neither case can the men be the victims. Meanwhile I have seen several good candidates refused promotions and candidly told that the reason was because they were male, and that the person was required to hire a woman instead. But somehow that's not sexist!
