@mikewilhelmson8413 medical personnel are crew. Or do you think that only pilots ever count as crew on any aircraft? I feel a lot of flight attendants would take offense to that one. Or think to military aircraft, are gunners, navigators, etc, etc not crew?

 @garybeck-t3v generally the medical staff on a medevac plane are also considered crew. So in this case four crew, not two. Two pilots, two medical crew members, a patient, and a family member

@mikewilhelmson8413 so why do you refuse to call the medical staff crew? You're willing to call flight attendants crew, you're willing to call gunners crew, why not medical staff? I would consider anyone who is working on board the aircraft to be part of the aircraft crew. By every common definition of crew the medical staff of a medevac aircraft count as crew of that aircraft.
