  1. If you have put money into a scam with a Commonwealth Bank credit or debt card they will not do a chargeback to retrieve your money like other banks will. Their excuse is that they won't do a chargeback if you put money into an investment account but how can a scam be an investment account. It's an absolute scandal and a disgrace.
