Keep the Aboriginal Advisory Body out of the constitution or they will be off to court every time that they don't get their way.

@foraustralia2558 Every State and Territory has their own Aboriginal Advisory Bodies, we don't need a Federal one as well. The Federal Government can legislate a Federal one if they want to but then scrap it if it becomes a dog's breakfast. No one group should have a permanent say in the running of the country.

@foraustralia2558 Why have it in the Constitution, it can be separately legislated. The opposition shadow Attorney General who may be a lawyer but not necessarily a constitutional lawyer if there is such a thing, doesn't have access to the legal advice that the Government does. The Government's Attorney General said that he has serious concerns about it after accessing unlimited legal opinion. You can bet that the Voice will be off to court if they don't get their way and you can't get rid of it once it is in the constitution.
