  1. That's not affordable unless you want the Government to spend less on other things. Get rid of the pension card and increase the pension and people will try to increase their income and assets and not be scared of losing their pension card if they do.

  6. People deliberately reduce their income and assets so that they can get a stupid pension card. Get rid of the pension card and increase the pension and retired people will try to increase their income and assets which will make them better off and tax payers better off.

  7.  @grannyannie2948  That's what the higher pension for, you save for your retirement if you want a wonderful retirement. Plenty of people don't have health insurance and use public hospitals.
