  2. No the money went to out of work employees who would have been sacked and then would have to go on the dole otherwise.It's probably why they called it JOB KEEPER.

  4.  @savagegfry  The job keeper money went to the workers who had nothing to do and would have gone onto the dole otherwise. The Government can buy Qantas for its market value if they want to borrow billions to do it.
