Labor supports 100 million dollar homes being tax free, why would you pay 30 percent tax to have your money in Superannuation ?

@johnwoodrow8769 You can have 1.7 million in super when you retire with no tax on the earnings and no tax on the income stream, you don't need any more than that. The rest you will pay 15 percent tax up to the 3 million and then 30 percent after that not to mention management fees. You can choose your investment options inside super to pay very little tax such as international shares which pay very low dividends. The smart people won't put up with paying 30 percent tax, Chalmers is wasting his time, maybe a few stupid TEALS voters might pay the 30 percent.
