Not much competition in Queensland, it is dominated by large mult purpose restaurant style service stations.

High oil prices caused by Western countries prolonging the civil war in so called Eastern Ukraine that has been going on since the Soviet Union broke up with stupid sanctions against Russia that we are paying for, so the sooner that the Republicans get back in to end this garbage the better.

@titan-tm7kl I don't see Labor subsidizing the price of Australian produced oil because no one would invest in oil production if they couldn't sell it at the world price, the same goes for coal, gas and iron ore.

@titan-tm7kl Without oil imports Australia only has 3 years of oil left to get out of the ground. We have to import oil and petrol at the world price, Labor could always reduce the tax on petrol but they are hell bent on electric vehicles instead.

@titan-tm7kl Labor can do whatever they like now, the past is the past, we now have high petrol prices, it's their problem now, but they are only interested in getting people into electric vehicles and discouraging them away from petrol vehicles.

The Australian dollar will keep falling under Labor with them banning all new resources projects putting up the price of oil and petrol.
