  2. People already pay 15 percent tax on their big super balances, if they have to start paying 30 percent tax they will withdraw that money and invest it in American shares that don't pay dividends and pay no tax.

  3. People can't salary sacrifice and contribute unlimited amounts like they used to be able to, so people getting big super balances are a thing of the past.

  5. Retirees can withdraw any super that is going to get slugged and invest it tax free using other methods such as American shares that don't pay dividends so that they will pay less tax than they are even currently paying on their super.
