  2. Chinese tourists bring money to Australia which makes our dollar stronger which makes imports cheaper for us to buy, I know that is obvious unless you are a left wing woke halfwit who probably still doesn't understand it.

  3. Supply and demand determines the price of everything, when demand was low during Covid the prices were low. Everyone tries to maximise their profit, I don't know of anyone who doesn't.
