  3. Sounds like people from the Netherlands are pretty cruel and heartless to just dump unwanted pets in the forest. Beyond pathetic, they don't have the spine to take care of the pet the obligation they chose to take on. Fine for a pet and not a child or do they dump children in the woods too?
