  1. Since when do you need a doctors note for sick leave. It's required by law. This proposal is pointless as anyone can already claim sick leave and use that to care for their pet.

  2. Didn't you watch video it would come out of your already allotted sick days. Meaning this whole thing is pointless. It makes functionally no difference the reason you use the sick days for.
