  3.  @a.p.butler5866  More effective to just use a mini trampoline for 5-10 mins a few times a week. It's the gforce plus movement that forces the lymph fluid to circulate that gives the real benefits. Walking is good for health because of the stress reduction though.

  4. Well we've had doctors who of course went to medical school knowingly parroting medical nonsense for two years now like masks work against a aerasolized virus lol. The whole health care field has lost a tremendous amount of credibility because of such absurdity.
