  1. She does look a lot better. She should get some fat dissolving injections to clean up the rest of the excess fat around the front and back jaw to give a better profile. Also she should have just gotten a nose job to at the very least reduce the size. As people age their nose and ears get bigger.

  3. Look at her earlier in the video. The before picture she faked by pulling her head back to make herself look a lot better. She looked terrible before there was a massive difference. Even in the before she is squeezing her forehead so her eye area doesn't look so terrible.
