  1. He probably shouldn't have been shot unless he was going to attack the bathrobe guy when he for no reason was walking up in his face. Zero reason to do that. Also listen and watch to how the truck guy acted, he isn't exactly a saint either. He clearly knows he shouldnt have parked there, refused to acknowledge he was in the wrong or that he would move and then proceeded to escalate the situation by engaging close range with the person who he took his spot from. Basically we have Mr Crazy meets Mr Even Crazier.
