Finite start to the universe was solidified by the spacetime theorems back in 2009 and requires a causal agent, God. The evidence for fine tuning of the universe in academia is overwhelming at this point a runaway train. But even 30 years ago before that we had dark energy to which Atheist Lawrence Krauss said is the most extreme fine tuning example in the universe, that requires a personal God because they have a mind and cared with how they created everything doing it with purpose.

@AlchemicRaven There is also the indirect evidence of the underwater land bridge in the red sea specifically where the canyon passage they would have to take brings them to the sea. Otherwise it's impossible to cross the red sea it's too steep of a drop if the water is removed at any relevant point. The egyptian chariot artifacts in the red sea list goes on and on. The case for the historicity of the exodus is light years from where it was 30-40 years ago which was virtually no evidence.
