@Sophie S Irrelevant. That is playing God. The value of a human is intrinsic. Any other argument leads to a slippery slope. Such reasoning is in vein with genetic engineering and eugenics.

Exactly too many people don't understand it was never fully legalized. It was allowed to happen because of a technicality and it was based on a privacy issue not abortion itself. The supreme court if it wanted it could still actually take up a case and outlaw abortion like this law for good.
