  2. NO, Brinks says the jewelers claimed on delivery paperwork the value of the load was 8.5 mil. In other words this is clear insurance fraud.

A few mil is totally in line for what a Brinks truck would be carrying, and it's within reason someone would also realize that and try to steal whatever might be in a Brinks truck. This story is being hyped up.
