The husband has to pay child support for the illegitimate child not the biological father. There are so many unethical backwards laws on fathers rights it's unreal. I've heard Judge Judy bring up many of these issues since she dealt with family law.

  42. @SNESLIVE That isn't a large number in relation to total population and those people are not concentrated they are spread out across the whole continent of north America. The point being only those at risk should be taking precautions for themselves. The rest of us shouldn't have to suffer for their medical condition. Around 500 000 smokers die every year in the USA. We are talking about many people that were likely going to die anyways in the near future.
