When I went on vacation for two weeks to see all the cool stuff in California with a relative that lived there, coming from Canada which already is extremely if not the most multicultural place in the world. I was shocked at how overtly racist Black people were just out of nowhere in the malls and other places. It was something I never expected in the USA. Frankly racism is something I never thought about prior I always saw it as a thing long in the past. I find it absurd how much the media promotes the idea White people are the only ones who can be racist. USA has a racism problem from every race and it's partially fueled by the media.

@sdlausen1 Wow that is pretty scary. If that isn't direct manipulation of the narrative on a dangerous and damaging scale I don't know what is.

You act like it's a race thing and not being different thing. The same thing would have happened if you were White and a fat child, or had a football head for arguments sake. At least you had two parents and siblings that loved you and never grew up in a third world country. You felt like an outsider because you aloud yourself to feel like one. Just like happiness is a choice.

@deleted72636 Bingo, like I pointed out it's being different if he was White and a fat kid or had a football head would have been the same thing. It's largely insensitivity not a hatred on his genetics.

I would say though racism is far more an issue in the USA than Canada. At least two decades ago it was.

@singularityphoenix0369 Thanks for establishing you are part of the problem. You can't even differentiate between comedy and racism. Woke racism isn't racism. Go watch a Chris Rock special and stfu.

@1212rusty Maybe East coast but not West. There is a massive amount of middle eastern nationalities integrated into the population. As for First Nations, you are confusing racism with stigma. They have a stigma for good reason. Track record. Never been to the East coast. It's a dumpster fire regardless.
