  1. Hard to comment given we don't know what happened. The whole story sounds fishy though with 5 teachers there and sexual assault is a very broad blanket term. For example of the male student just touched her breast that could be quite quick where no one would see and there is nothing the teachers could have done anyways. These suits are often settled when the other party isn't even in the wrong too. So saying the teachers are at fault may not be true because we don't know what happened. The whole thing though sounds fishy.

  2. Personally I don't see it as a very beautiful piece. It looks quite generic with barely even some geometric shapes. It's literally just some stained glass, there really is no actual art put into it. Certainly no pictures created with the glass. Personally I see it having very little value outside of historical value and I think many would say that value is not worth the money to save. I would go so further to call it an eyesore. It's literally just a bunch of glass stained brown for 90% of the piece...
