  2. I mean someone obviously helped him get into real estate. And once in it's not like it takes any real skill it's literally just leeching money off of people who already have money. Money makes money. Anyone who has excess income can throw it into investing. Buying generic cream cheese ain't noteworthy and contributed to nothing and kinda complete bs. He spends around 900 on car and car insurance a month alone.
