  8. I've thought this shit out. The best would be to hire 2-3 hitmen for during the festival. Have them wear one of those rings with a needle on the underside of the ring and have them make the rounds at the festival poking every vender and person guilty with the needle on the ring. Just a shake of the hand or pat on the back it will go unnoticed or brushed off easy with all the commotion. The needle will be poked back into a vile with both a poison and biological agent to ensure highest kill rate and be poked back into the vile between each stabbing. With 2-3 people that should be enough to get the vast majority of the people. Within 2-3 years the stigma and fear of selling dog meat will be too high and it will go down drastically.

It is very interesting and they have so many articles that show scientific discoveries that don't go along with say evolution bringing about speciation and so on. Very interesting.
