There is no such thing as a calcium deficiency. Dr Thomas Levy who heads the orthomolecular foundation has written extensively on this and the literature. Calcium, iron and copper should not be supplemented by anyone all 3 are detrimental to health. The only exception is iron under medical instruction for a specific issue. The literature shows it calcium never did improve bone health it caused many deaths by heart disease, that's why you don't hear doctors saying left and right to supplement calcium anymore. So supplement to not include those three things is actually very important. It's not a bad thing they are not in it. Likewise one should avoid foods fortified with iron, calcium or copper. This is even a reason why some say to avoid chlorella because it's very high in iron. So these green powders can actually be bad for health they can also end up having detrimental plant compounds in high amounts since they are in dry weight like oxalates and so on giving kidney issues. The vitamins and minerals they contain are also in a inferior form compared to an actual decent quality vitamin or mineral supplement which you never touched on.
