  5. You can outlaw guns but an outlaw will always have a gun. Yes, illegal guns are a big problem in Toronto! Most likely coming from the US. This shooter was really mentally ill, and had decades of problems. Likely demonized. One thing we can see is that HATE is not limited to any age. All killers have extreme hatred and/or jealosy before they kill.
