  2. The killer is demon possessed. That's why he was able to kill four people. They have superhuman strenght when commiting the crime. They use maximum force and always lots of bloodshed. The most gruesome crimes! BK also has the body build to do this crime. Also, one of his neighbors said she could see him practicing karate at night through his window. So he was preparing for this crime in every way. I think he did not expect Ethan to be there & that may have thrown him off. Apparently Ethan put up a good fight & that may be why BK was in a hurry to leave the house when he walked by Dylan. I don't think he saw her though. What he will do now is lie & deny.
