  22. Even if he knew the students or met them once, that does not provide a motive to butcher them. I say again he became demonized over time in various ways. We know he was obsessed with murders from his studies & surveys. He wanted to know what it would feel like doing the murder. Murder was constantly on his mind. He became demon possessed at some point in time. That is why the murder was so vicious & cruel. They kill for the thrill.
