  1. I'm MADD! There MUST be tougher consequences!! I know a woman whose husband was killed instantly on his bicycle in broad daylight. No other cars around. His wife was expecting her third child in one week. Three fatherless children, and one widow in account of these selfish sots. She never even got jail time. Community " service" doesnt bring back the dead person, nor is it justice! Time to change our laws!

  3. I'm sure too. I saw a man the week before Christmas at a birthday party. He's likely an alcoholic like too many. He had far too much to drink, and I'm quite certain he drove himself home. There's no excuse for this selfishness.
