  1.  @arleeolson1374  I agree...he used zero diplomacy. It was all about money, not relations. That is a stupid thing to do to your best friend and neighbor. Americans will feel the back lash, and it wouldn't surprise me if the Republicans lose the mid terms over the repercussions. On the other hand Trudeau spent the last several years bashing Trump in parliament, and falsely comparing Pollivre to Trump, so it is any wonder Trump despises him?! Trudeau also said publicly Americans should have voted for Kamala Harris because she's a woman...lol. He's made a fool of himself for sure, and perhaps once he's gone, Pollievre can reason with the Trump administration.

Even snowbirds are gonna stay home. They're not gonna buy American products in the stores. You guys just shot yourselves in the foot, and are gonna pay a heavy price on retaliatory tariffs. All because your idol Trump hasn't got a clue about diplomacy. Not once did he try talking to Canadian officials or premiers, even though they reached out to him.   6. He's clueless. To slap tariffs on Canada without any diplomacy first is as stupid as you can get. All Trump can see is dollars and cents. A money grab for himself. He isn't stopping wars, he's starting wars, and this trade war is really dumb. Americans will soon feel the pain of retaliatory tariffs and they're gonna be upset! People will lose their jobs and pay more for many things. This is very bad for both sides, and may cost you the mid terms.
