  18. The catholic church is steeped in false teaching ! You just mentioned one. The priesthood, which was done away with BEFORE Christ was born already. Read the book of Hebrews & you will see that Jesus Christ himellf IS our high priest ! Hebrews 4 : 14 & 15. That's why there is so much sexual abuse by priests ! Jesus never told them to be celibate, because they are not called to be "priests". The eucharist is not in the new testament, neither are the miracles you talk about ! Niether is the pope biblical. Christ is the head of His church, which is the people of God. ( believers) Not the catholic church or any other denomination. Mary is NOT the mother of God! She is the earthly mother of Jesus! Praying to Mary is useless & is idolatry! There are many more false teachings I could mention that are NOT found in the Holy Bible. Pergatory, baby baptism, confirmation, the mass (an insult to Christ ! ) last rights etc. Please study the Bible, but not from a catholic one. Forget the creeds ! They're all man's teaching, and do not line up with scripture ! Another helpful tool would be to go to "Grace To You" ministries and listen to John Mac Aurthurs sermons on catholicism. They are very biblically accurate ! The truth will set you free from the lies of Satan.

  39. It is not true Ron never spoke about his faith before now. I know of many Christians that surrounded him & his family during the time of his wife's cancer. The reason he is talking about it now is because the interviewers are asking him. They are asking lots of personal questions because Americans want to know about their nominees. He simply answered the questions honestly and humbly. Nothing wrong with that!
