I live in Ontario, Canada. My city is helping hundreds of Ukranian refugees. They are very nice people ! Hard working, polite and lively to be with ! My church is helping them to find housing and jobs.

@accountantasia125 The gov't only helps them for two weeks. Its unrealistic and shameful. They have no job, no place to live, and some have had to return to Ukraine because they cant afford to live here with no job or housing. It's " we the people" who are helping them. We started a grassroots organization and contacted churches. Many Christians are hosting them free in their homes until they find a job. We assist them in finding jobs. Most of them do not speak English fluently. They are learning English but that takes time. Its extremely difficult, but they are determined and resiliant.

@brianparrish8011 women , children, disabled, and elderly do not fight in the war. They are not safe anywhere because Putler bombs cities at random.
