They would guess maybe four. However, you have to consider all the factors involved. Biden is 82, and already fragile. He's had trouble with balance, and had several falls or trip ups. He's had cognitive decline, and surgery for a brain aneurysm years ago. Once the cancer is in stage four and spread to the bones, it can quickly spread to other organs. Biden likely wont tolerate chemo, and the drugs have many side effects. My brother who was very strong, died of this cancer at age 74. Once it spread to the bones, it went to other organs quickly. It was a very painful cancer to deal with. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
