  1. My client was in ER last week (K-W region) after a fall. Has dementia, and was very confused & agitated. Laid in the hallway 10 hours while waitng to be seen! They wouldn't allow any one to sit beside her to keep her calm. They claimed they did not have any beds even though this was a brand new ER dept recently. Patients were lined up and down the hallway in stretchers! Shame on our govt's!
