  3. ​ @tomc4304 Most of don't get half of those. Big deal anyway...it barely touched our expenses. What we need is an increase in CPP/OAS and bring it up to par with inflation. This has never been done in the nine years of Liberals and NDP. No one can live on $1200.00 to $1500.00 a month! That does not even put a roof over our heads! Shame on this govt for throwing seniors and the disabled under the bus!

  10. I'm 71 and was still working PT to survive. Now I can't walk because of a knee problem and therefore can't afford my rent. I have no clue where I'm going to find cheaper rent. Been looking for three years. Oh, for the Harper years! When I could still afford my rent, bills, and food!

  18. I'm a senior and don't know one other senior that will vote Liberal, or ever has. It's the younger generation that voted Trudeau in several times. You got your pot. Enjoy the poverty, drug addiction, and homelessness.

  40. I'm a single senior who never owned a home and get roughly $1500.00 from OAS and CPP. Many of my single senior friends also struggle and never owned a home. Your " stats" are of your own making. Most seniors who do own a home worked hard all their lives to pay it off. So stop talking about things you don't know.
