  7. Right on, and most seniors are only getting $ 1500.00 a month or less. All my pension money does not even come close to paying my rent & utilities ! Then there's no money for food or gas or other necessites ! Food bank usage is up 60 % for seniors and that only helps out for part of the month. It is impossible to survive under these conditions ! Guess thats why Trudeau put MAID in place ! Even if they increased our pensions by $ 500.00 a month we still could not afford to live. Shameful !

  10. Yeh, isnt that a joke ! Seniors would need a minimum of $ 500.00 a month increase in their pension to even be close to surviving ! I know because I'm in that situation. They are out totally of touch with our reality and our pensions do not reflect the drastic inflation increases.
