  53. What country do you live in ? I believe that Christians will go through the tribulation and be refined as was also the case in the Old Testament. Western Christians tend to believe they won't suffer like so many other Christians have been in other countries this century. That's why I'm curious where you live.

  55. Yes of course, it is most important to be prepared to meet your Maker! I am aware of the different views on the rapture & end time views. I went to Bible college for several years as well. Interesting my old testament prof. believed that Christians would go through the tribulation. I have also been involved with a persectution ministry for several decades. Seeing what tribulation most Christians have been going through for years has also influenced my thinking. They aren't getting raptured; they are going through tribulation. Many have been killed for their faith or are in prison. Because Christians in N. America have not experienced such persecution, it seems they think they won't be going through the same as the saints in all ages past, and in our present day around the world. That makes them ill prepared for what I believe is certainly coming to us in the very near future. Prophesy from the OT and Revelation is not easy to understand and hence several different views. It doesn't affect my day to day life really and I certainly don't get hung up on it. I'm ready either way by the grace of God! What say you?
