  3. The US has far superior intelligence compared to Russia. Putin was warned two weeks in advance of the possible/ probable attacks. Including large public gatherings like concerts. In his usual extreme PRIDE he scoffed publically at the US three days before the attack. Therefore HE IS responsible for not taking action to protect his own citizens ! Now he has even more blood on his hands ! I hope this is a wake up call for Russians ! You're president is a proud, arrogant murderer. A wolf in sheep's clothing !
