  1. Yes, the govt can stop paying for senior pensions in Ukraine and increase low income seniors pensions here! Bring our pensions up to par with inflation! They are so far behind & out of touch with us that we would need $1500.00 a month more just to get by! No one can survive on $1500.00 a month! Seniors using the food bank is up by 60% The dental plan was not necessary as most seniors have dentures. JT is out of touch with our reality.

  4. You're out of touch with low Income people. That can no longer survive. I do see a lot of addicts at my local food bank though. Also immigrants or refugees who are spreading the word.

  8. I use the food bank sometimes as a low income senior. There are no "plates" of food. You can go once a month and get the usual canned goods. Beans, canned vegetables, tuna, and fruit, cereal, rice, pasta etc. The fridge & freezer stuff always varies depending on in donations. Usually milk, eggs, and two kinds of meat. There might be some fresh vegetables but you only get a few pieces. You can always get bread, but it is almost always out dated.

  9. Not a chance! As a low income senior this govt has never brought our pensions up to par with inflation. Nothing worth mentioning. There's no low income housing for us either. We cannot afford our rent or food anymore. Yet this government has sent billions to Ukraine, and is paying for senior pensions there!!! It is ludicrous. There's zero chance I'll ever vote Liberal or NDP. Never have. As for the dental care they brag about, it's a joke too. Most seniors have dentures and didn't need that. What we need is a huge increase in our pensions just to survive. This govt is out of touch with our reality 100%
