  11.  @nikosnikos1  No they are not two seperate issues. The more readily available alcohol is, the more likely to drink and drive. Roadside checks alone, barely touches the tip of the iceberg. You can read the stats on highway deaths in Ontario for yourself.

I know a woman who was about to give birth to her third child, when her husband was killed by a drunk driver. She had to raise three little kids by herself with no daddy ! Happens every day !

I know a woman who was about to give birth to her third child, when a drunk woman hit her husband and killed him instantly. She had to raise 3 children by herself. They had no daddy.
