  1. Incredible beating around the bush here! It happened on June 18th and it's now Sept 19th?? Why were we not hearing about this until now?? Reports are this guy was not a good person and was involved with a very bad group in India. We need to get the facts and perhaps find out why we are letting bad people into our country, and allowing them to become Canadian citizens!

  5. He said Canadians are very optimistic. When is the last time you met one? I only hear pessimism constantly. Loss of hope, loss of jobs, increase in food prices, gas, rent, heat etc. Can't find a family doctor, can't get a specialist for a year, lying on the floor in ER sick as a dog for long hours. Seniors moved to homes far from their families, people wanting to use MAID because they can't afford rent or food. All this since Trudeau became prime minister, and that's not even touching on taxes etc!

  15. So Trudeau and Freeland sent over 200 billion to Ukraine so far and they are cutting military spending in Canada ?? How foolish is that ?! In addition some of the money sent to Ukraine was used for seniors pensions there, while many seniors here cannot afford their rent, and have nothing left for food ! That is ludicrous ! I happen to be in that situation. Instead of increasing our pensions according to inflation, the money is going to Ukraine !

  18.  @gsin311  move to where? I live in a smaller city ( Cambridge) and we have the same problem. As a low uncome senior I could not even pay for my rent, let alone food. At 70, and with serious health problems, I have to work to survive. Thank Trudeau & Freeland!

  41. Trudeau & Freeland recently sent another huge amount of money to Ukraine again ! Some of that money is being used to pay for seniors pensions there ! Meanwhile low income seniors in Canada have not had an increase in their pensions to even come close to inflation for years ! I am one of them. My pensions do not near cover my rent now, and there's no money for food, gas or other bills. There's also no place to get cheaper rent as I'm always looking and it has only skyrocketed. I do not have luxuries such as cable tv etc. As a single woman with serious health issues, I have had to get a part time job to the detriment of my health. Shame on this gov't for not taking care of its own citizens, while giving our money to other countries and in outlandish amounts !
