  2.  @garymorris1856  Yes, it matters greatly. When a man is born again he/she receives the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit lives in us; guides into all truth, convicts us of sin and error, comforts us, and gives WISDOM and DISCERNMENT. He helps us know right from wrong; something Obama and Biden did not have. They called evil good & good evil. They turned the truth of God into a lie. Abraham Lincoln would be a good example of that. Humble, patient, and WISE. I think Reagan would fit that picture too. Both promoted peace and unity in our country and beyond. Eg. Reagan and Gorbachev
