  3. As an older conservative I would not vote for Trump this time. When Trump became president he did not have any experience on foreign affairs. Just business experience, and we all know the law suits for various reasons are endless. He had a good VP & others around him which helped him make a lot of good decisions. Jan. 6th. was a disgrace on America & that was the icing on the cake for many of us. I always thought he was ego centric & often childish. (name calling etc) Times have changed drastically since the Dems. have been in office on the world scene. China & Russia both have taken advantage of Biden's weakness, and we could have two wars going on (or more) before his term is up. Trump is NOT the answer to these problems. First of all, he's also going to be too old! We need a younger, more vibrant person physically & mentally. Trump is already showing his pettiness by engaging in a law suit against DeSantis! Trump is very devisive for American & probably more than half of Americans hate him! Not a good start! He will keep America divided & we need a uniter, although I realize that can't be possible on all issues. Right now Ron DeSantis is my pick for numerous reasons. Wise, experienced in many ways, a proven leader. He'll need a good VP (not Trump of course) who has experience in world affairs & is level headed. (Pence? Pompeio?) Ron is also stronger on culture issues which are extremely important to conservatives. Even though Ron has not announced he's running for president, the polls are going up for him already! I think he wiil definitely win over Trump & will make a much better president over all. Clear minded, focused, level headed person! On Ukraine, we'll have to wait to hear more as time moves on. There are already differences within the party (and country) on that issue. I support Ukraine, but also believe in fiscal responsibility which Biden doesn't have. He'll bankrupt the country before he's out of office! Ridiculous spending of American tax dollars. Also the border issue will be a very big issue in the next election! In conclusion, Trump is not man for the times we are living in now. He's mentally & emotionally unstable, too petty & devisive, too old & too controversial. Just my opinion as an older citizen.
