  1. Had to come to look after my elderly mother after a fall. She refused to go to hospital, spent 50 hours in her chair (she doesn't ever go to bed as is bent over (permanently) bowel op cancelled months ago, osteo tabs have disintegrated her teeth..needs surgery for false ones. Struggling to help/make her walk, making her do chair exercises every hour, legs and arms, got to keep her moving. Don't know how I'm going to wash her hair. Don't know how to get her in the bath. Struggling and very anxious.
