  1. International law doesn’t allow the actual assets to be used at the moment. I hope the law changes so Ukraine has access to it for rebuilding their demolished housing and infrastructure. It would be a deterrent against unjustified aggression. putin using our markets for banking and investment is unjust considering their evil way. Using WMD and murdering people in other countries is evil.
