On Monday the 6th of Feb, Russia's own Finance Ministry, released their worst ever monthly figures, since they began publishing in 1998! Revenues were down by 426 billion roubles compared to January last year. The ministry said it was primarily due to lower prices and volumes for Oil & gas sales (down 46.4%). Non oil & gas revenues were also down by 28% (981 billion roubles). Remember, full sanctions did not kick in till late December. So, this is just the first five weeks.

@attilakiss5400 No. You weren't paying attention. The ministry itself, stated that the main cause for the reduced revenue, was the fall in oil & gas prices (i.e. price cap) and lower volumes (i.e., sanctions). So, tell me why I should trust you more than the Russian Finance Ministry? That's not a rhetorical question. I actually want to know, why you're a better source. Telling me about the EU's problems, is just your quaint attempt at shifting my focus. It failed.
