  3. Interesting proposition. We don't know how the Chinese military will perform. I doubt they'd have the same vodka problems as the Russians. On the other hand, their generals would likely be as well practiced in the art of corruption, as their Russian counterparts. Don't forget too, that PLA is almost entirely staffed, by people who were raised as an only child. 😉
