  2. SUGGESTION TO FINLAND: Tell Vlad that you agree with his wise way, of settling territorial disputes. So, you'll hold a referendum, for people in the disputed area, to decide which country they would like to be in. Let them choose, if they want to be governed by Fins or corrupt alcoholics.
