  1. Consider the double impact on Russian society. Remember, since November 2021, many of Russia's best qualified and most productive citizens, have been leaving the country. Now, some of its most troubled people, are rejoing the community. The net effect...?!?!

  2. Don't forget the flip side, to this. During times of urgent military recruitment and/or conscription, we never hear much from the Woke Brigade about inclusiveness, closing the gender gap, or equal opportunity/rights.

  3. Perhaps, if you pooled the resources of your extended family, a seasoned genealogists could be commissioned to conduct the research. Might help if approached relatives at a good moment/happy/nostalgic moment, like a wedding reception or, a gathering for a relatives 90th birthday or 50th wedding anniversary... etc.

  4.  @Dusty_Tarantula  That's sad, indeed. With the coat of arms, perhaps someone with expertise in Heraldry could help reveal a few more clues? But alas, such people usually require substantial fees. Hence my suggestion of getting others involved.
