  1. SELECTIVE PRESENTATION, by Daniel Dos Santos: He/she makes no mention of the hardships faced by Russia. Russia has lost far more men than Ukraine. Bloomberg has published the immigration data from surrounding nations. Over 700,000 men, of military age have fled Russia. Additionally, a large but unpublished figure, are in hiding, within Russia. On top of that, are men lost in combat. The economic impact of that demographic loss alone, will be crippling. Additionally, Russia has lost its major export markets. India an China, have not even been able to pick up, evev 20% of that slack. Inflation is currently 13.5%. Putin has responded with the bizarre tactic of lowering interest rates. It's the opposite of what economists recommend. Only one country in the world has employed this strategy - Turkey. Need I say more? Additionally, Russia's much vaunted alternative payment system, MIR, has been abandoned by all the major players, including China and India. Sanctions have had a devastating effect on Russian industry. This is reflected in Russia's inability to replace, its high-tech weapons, and it's subsequent use of older weapon systems. The Russian economy won't make it through the winter. That's the opinion of Vladislav Inozemtsev. He just happens to be the most respected economist in Russia, and the chief economic advisor to Vladimir Putin. Look it up. He bravely published his findings, about a day and a half ago. I could go on, but you can all see what's happening here. What Daniel Dos Santos has stated, is mostly correct. Of greater importance though, are the things he/she chose not to say. PS: His/her claim about diminishing enthusiasm from from Ukraine's allies is BS.
