  1.  @soab2173  The comment was about "Ukrainian citizens" who fled, not "Ukrainian men". The crushing majority of those who fled Russia were men of military age. Ukraine, had already taken measures to prevent that. Most who left Ukraine were women, children, and the elderly. They will not be jailed, when they return. So, the long term demographic effect, will be very different for the 2 countries.

  2.  @soab2173  I said, "Most". Believe me, this won't be a demographic problem for Ukraine, in the way the it will be for Russia. Russia will have to change its policy of jailing draft dodgers, or deal with the economic consequence of suddenly losing 7,000,000 healthy men, of working age.

  4.  @ngrey5092  Bloomberg has published the immigration data, from the nations surrounding Russia. About 300K men, left before the partial mobilisation and a further 700K, after. Hardly any have returned. You failed, bot.
